Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea are shipping both available. For products in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receiving your payment. For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
Q: How to deal with the faulty product?
A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
