1) Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are direct factory and our production line covers all standards and Brass products or as per your requirement.
2) How long can I get some products samples for checking and how much is it?
A: For the samples which available in stock, we can send it to you for free immediately. If make new samples as per your specification, it takes around 7 working days. The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of material, surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.
3) Do you have any MOQ limit for products order?
A: The MOQ for each product category is negotiated individually for samples checking is available.
4) How to proceed an order for products?
A: We manufacture product as per product drawing and custom size. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
